Grant MyRed Access to Parent or Guest

Granting parent/guest access to view student information in MyRed is a 4-step process that involves both students and parents. Below is a simplified flow chart of the process. Select a pane to view more in-depth instructions & tutorial videos.

  • Student initiates process by notifying parent or guest about guest access from within MyRed
  • Parent or guest receives notification email and requests access
  • Student approves or deny incoming access request
  • Parent or guest can access student information in MyRed once student has approved request
